Over the years of being in the mortgage industry, I have ran into a lot of business owners. Some are happy doing what they do. Some do what they do out of necessity and not wanting to work for “Corporate America” for the rest of their life. And then some do it because they want total control of their life. Whatever the reason they do it, about 50% of those that I have dealt with are not 100% happy with the business they chose.
